Oliver Höfele, TradeKosmos AG: Member of the Executive Board
Oliver Hoefele is responsible for business strategy, business- and product development, markets and marketing.
Most recently, Hoefele was with nterra integration! and held position of Global Director (PPM) at Poet Holdings Inc. (US)/Poet Software GmbH (DE), formerly a unit of Versant Corporation (NASDAQ: VSNT) and an industry leader in specialized data management software and market leader in the segment of catalog management for the B2B online trade.
Initially working for Poet Germany he became Global Director (PPM) while the company's initial public offering (IPO) in 2000 (NASDAQ). Prior to Poet, he was with Media-Artist Software, where he rose to Managing Director after beginning with responsibility for sales and marketing.
Oliver Hoefele can look back on more than 10 years of experience in the software- and internet industry within the fields of business operations, sales, marketing, business strategy and product development. He is very well experienced in large-scale enterprise software projects (telecommunications, finance, publishing, insurance, automotive, exhibition industry) - as well as online-community platforms, e-procurement, EAI and electronic marketplace projects in general.
Oliver Hoefele graduated in business administration (information science) at the University of Applied Sciences Augsburg (DE) and also studied at the Waterford Institute of Technology, Waterford (IRL).

Claus Heckel, TradeKosmos AG: Member of the Executive Board
Claus Heckel is responsible for personnel, finance, controlling and project management methodology.
Claus Heckel has spent the last ten years in managing positions. Prior to TradeKosmos, he was Senior Manager at CPC Unternehmensmanagement AG (DE) with the focus on reorganization, project management and personnel development.
Mr Heckel was a Senior Manager at Hayek Engineering AG (CH), industry leader for projects in engineering, optimization and feasibility studies, strategic planning in a variety of sectors, such as iron and steel, automotive industry, watches, IC production, telecommunication systems and other advanced technologies.
Through his practical experience he worked out in his Master Thesis special methods how Project Development can be optimized from the vision to the execution with a closer look to all Project development- and Company processes.
Claus Heckel holds a Dipl.Ing degree in construction engineering from the University of Applied Sciences Augsburg and a Master's degree (M.Eng) from the University of Applied Sciences Augsburg in cooperation with the University of Lancashire (UK)
