The central task of an Administrative Board of a swiss stock corporation is to counsel and to control the management. Both the number of members and the composition of the board are dependent on the size of enterprises and on legal requirements.

The Administrative Board is allowed to form one or several Boards, which prepare special forms of dealings and their decision-making and which control the execution of the particular decision.
