The first day
Our aim is to integrate you – right from the start. On your first day, you find out everything you need to know your way around. On your first working day, you meet the sponsor who will always be there to help you during the first three months whenever a little TradeKosmos experience is needed. Your sponsor – e.g. your superior or a colleague – has normally been at the company for more than a year and has already established his network of contacts. This process lies ahead of you now.

The first few weeks at TradeKosmos
You are not on your own during your first few weeks with TradeKosmos. You will be getting to know the company in the coming weeks. You will be familiarising yourself with TradeKosmos, the products and the people.
You will be gaining an initial insight into the TradeKosmos world at a welcome event organised by the personnel department.
The colleagues who join the company at the same time are your initial contact network too.

Once you have finished your probation period successfully, initial conclusions are drawn at a first feedback meeting, when further procedure is discussed.
